These Laser Guided Carvings are Derived Directly From The Ancient Stone Ruins Of The Mayans. Seventy five of these genuine 2000+ year old Mayan carved stones have been meticulously copied. Each stone takes our laser 19 to 25 hours to copy. At this laser speed nothing has been missed or enhanced. Every detail is exactly as the ancient hands of a Mayan carver, using the primitive tools of over 2000 years ago hand carved these very glyphs in the lime stone walls in Guatemala.


Our laser painstakingly followed these ancient glyphs to create these intricate exact copies carved onto these entrance doors. These glyphs have specific meaning that today can be interpreted. As Shown: 7005HC, Double Door Grand Entrance. Pre-Hung Double Doors, Color: Natural, Outdoor Oil, - Solid Northern White Cedar - Light Distress - Natural Core Wood.


As Shown: Structural Double Jamb With Sidelights, 96"T X 100"W X 10"Deep. Solid cedar 3" thick structural jamb with 1" thick rabbeted stop. Glass sidelight panels are 3/4" thick thermal insulated clear glass with hand etched art that compliments the carving. These doors are ideal for a log home or post and beam construction and allow logs or beams to shrink while staying straight and plumb. You may order jambs full depth of your log face.


As Shown: Door Carving Blades, (2) 92 1/2"T X 36"W X 3"Thick. Eyebrow arched, solid, exotic cedar door blade, hand hewn, doweled, and tenon joined (steel reinforced core). You may also order your door carved both sides. This will require a thicker door blade. The cost of carving is based upon detail and size.


Color As Shown: Natural, Outdoor Oil. We apply five to ten coats of hand rubbed furniture quality clear oils or water based non-toxic lacquers, depending on your finish choice (choose from over 400 standard stain colors or color match).


Hand Carving As Shown: Mesoamerican Long Count Calendar These Calendars begin From Aug 11th, 3114-BCE. And Are Found To Be Very Accurate And Based Upon A 360 Day Year. The Mayan name for a day was k'in. Twenty of these k'ins are known as a winal or uinal. Eighteen winals make one tun. Twenty tuns are known as a k'atun. Twenty k'atuns make a b'ak'tun and so on.

Rabbeted Stop: The 1" thick door stop is a permanent part of this structural jamb. It is created by cutting a dado cut into the jamb, to receive and seal the door in a closed position.


Adjustable Heavy Duty Crush Proof Threshold: The adjustable saddle threshold allows for a perfect seal when you close your door keeping the weather elements and creatures out. ADA compliant and commercial thresholds available.


Self Sealing Mechanical Sweep: This sweep is built into the bottom of your 3"-7" thick door and automatically raises and lowers as you open and close the door. This sweep also comes with an adjustable pressure turn that you may adjust to insure a sure seal every time. This type of sweep retracts into the bottom of the door as it opens to clear your interior entrance rug or flooring.


Adjustable Tension Roller Style Door Latch: This ensures that your door will not open in windy conditions even when the lock is not set. The roller pressure to strike plate can be adjusted to allow the push and pull resistance to be to your personal choice.


Self Closing Tension Adjustable Hinges: These hinges can be adjusted from 0-10 depending on the speed at which you wish your door to self close. You may also choose not to set the self closing tension.


Dead Bolt: This special dead bolt lock is built for our 3" to 7" thick doors. It is high strength tungsten steel and is almost impossible to breech allowing for the best security available. You may order single cylinder (thumb turn interior) or double cylinder (keyed both sides).


Weather Package: Every door ordered pre-hung comes with high density weather seals installed, ensuring the best protection from the elements.


Clavos: Hand forged steel decorative nail heads can be used on interior and/or exterior side of door units and come in any size.


Slide Bolts: Hand forged steel stationary slide bolts used to secure the stationary door. Handmade to match or compliment your handles.
